Every donation helps keep NexaTools free for everyone. We genuinely appreciate your generosity.
1. Nature of Donations
All contributions made via the Donate page are voluntary donations, not payments for goods or services. By donating, you acknowledge that:
- You are not purchasing any product, subscription, or premium feature.
- You will not receive any tangible goods or a financial return.
- NexaTools is not a registered charity. Donations are not tax-deductible.
2. Payment Processing
Cryptocurrency donations are processed via Plisio. By donating, you also agree to Plisio's Terms of Service. Accepted currencies include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), and others listed on the Donate page.
3. No Refunds
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions — which are irreversible by design — NexaTools is unable to issue refunds for any completed donation. Please review the donation amount carefully before confirming a transaction.
If you believe you made a donation in error, contact support@nexatools.in as soon as possible. While we cannot reverse blockchain transactions, we are happy to discuss your situation.
4. How Donations Are Used
Donations directly support:
- Cloudflare Workers and Pages hosting costs.
- Domain registration and renewal for nexatools.in.
- Development time for building and maintaining new tools.
- Third-party API costs (e.g., OCR services, compiler infrastructure).
5. No Premium Access
Donations do not grant any "premium" tier, ad removal, or additional features. NexaTools is and will remain entirely free to all users regardless of donation status.

We may update this policy at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
