Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all NexaTools services including the URL Shortener, Secure File Transfer (NexaShare), QR Code Generator, and all other tools at nexatools.in. By using any NexaTools service, you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. URL Shortener — Prohibited Uses

You must not create short links pointing to:

• Malware or phishing: Pages that steal credentials, install malware, ransomware, or spyware.
• Illegal content: Anything that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Child exploitation material (CSAM): Zero tolerance — reported immediately to relevant authorities.
• Spam: Mass unsolicited communication campaigns.
• Hate speech or harassment: Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Deceptive content: Pages designed to impersonate legitimate organisations (typosquatting, brand impersonation).
• Copyright infringement: Direct links to pirated software, movies, music, or other copyrighted materials you have no right to distribute.

3. File Transfer (NexaShare) — Prohibited Uses

You must not use NexaShare to transfer:

• Files containing malware, trojans, or malicious code.
• Copyrighted material you have no legal right to share.
• CSAM or sexually explicit material involving minors.
• Personally identifiable information (PII) of others without their explicit consent.
• Content violating export control or sanctions regulations.

4. General Prohibited Conduct

• Automated abuse: Using bots or scripts to generate excessive requests or stress-test infrastructure.
• Rate-limit circumvention: Rotating IPs or using proxies to bypass API rate limits.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile or extract our source code.
• Ad fraud: Generating artificial ad impressions, clicks, or using ad blockers as intentional revenue theft.

5. Reporting Abuse

Found an abusive NexaTools link? Report it to support@nexatools.in with the subject "Abuse Report". We investigate all reports and remove offending links within 24 hours of a verified report.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to delete any shortened URL or file that violates this AUP, block access by IP, and cooperate fully with law enforcement when required by law.
